"Great Reports Edify And Testify" Idea (Matthew 18)
MCA operates under the Matthew 18 principle in dealing with conflict. Please meet with the person with whom you have conflict first. If you are not heard you may involve someone in authority. You should limit your discussion of the problem to that person. This principle prevents gossip and unnecessary exaggeration of disagreements. Failure to follow this policy will result in character probation for all parties involved. |
