Mooresville Christian Academy

At Mooresville Christian Academy our mission is to provide Christ-centered grammar and secondary academic instruction to partner with parents in their charge to train and educate their children. We aim to equip students with a Biblical worldview and the academic tools they need to become leaders in the Kingdom of God in this generation.

2010-2011 School Calendar

Mooresville Christian Academy operates Monday through Thursday with classes in session at both the lower and upper school locations. Students are homeschooled on Friday with a parent (or other responsible adult) agreeing to supervise assignments given by teachers on Thursday of each week. These assignments are extensions of classroom study and should take no longer than four hours to complete. Though rates of completion may vary, the average elementary student spends approximately two hours per Friday completing these assignments.

October 4 - Voter Registration begins at Upper School for Student Council
October 13 - PSAT Testing 10th & 11th Grades
October 16 - HomeComing
October 18 - Voter Registration begins at Elementary School for Student Council
October 23 - Rain Date for HomeComing
October 25-29 - Fall Break No School
November 2 - End of 1st Quarter
November 4 - Music Performance at Elementary
November 12 - Work Day at Elementary
November 15 - Worlds Fair 7:00 pm at Upper School
November 18 - Elementary Open House
November 22 - Elementary Thanksgiving Meal
November 23 - Early Release Thanksgiving Day Parade
November 24-26 - No School Thanksgiving Holiday
December 20-31 - No School Christmas Holiday
